Bowlin Travel Centers Inc. is very concerned about your privacy and about the security of information that you provide to us. Please be assured that:

  • Bowlin will never rent or sell your information to any third party.
  • Bowlin will not share your information with any third party except:
    • With your financial institution in order to verify billing information.
    • With your selected payment provider in order to secure funds.
    • With appropriate governmental authorities if under legal subpoena to do so.
    • With necessary entities for credit card fraud detection.
  • Bowlin maintains an email address list in order to provide subscribers with information concerning merchandise or services provided by Bowlin. You may have your email address removed from this list by selecting the unsubscribe button below.
  • Bowlin will not share your email address with any third party entity other than the exceptions noted above.
  • Any credit card information obtained by Bowlin will be used only for processing transactions that you have specifically approved. The information, if retained, is stored only in an encrypted format.

Bowlin Travel Centers Inc. Return/Refund Policy

It is Bowlin's intent to minimize the opportunity for inadvertent or fraudulent purchase of items from our web site. To that end, purchase of an item from our site requires successful navigation through certain procedures and information requirements. We feel that those procedures and requirements are sufficient to insure that any resulting purchase is both desired and intentional.

Bowlin considers all completed sales to be final.

There are, however, certain instances in which Bowlin will consider refund of the cost, or the replacement of merchandise purchased from our web site. Any requests for returns, refunds or replacements must first be specifically approved in advance by Bowlin. Any items returned without prior approval will be rejected by Bowlin and no refund authorized.

It is our goal to provide you exemplary customer service. Bowlin will hear any request for return, replacement, or refund of merchandise. If appropriate, Bowlin will consider the refund of the purchase price of an item. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to the refund amount.

Bowlin, in its sole discretion, will consider return, replacement or refund of the purchase price of an item if:

  • The customer received an item other than the one ordered.
  • The merchandise is lost or damaged in transit.
  • Bowlin becomes aware of extraordinary circumstances concerning the transaction.

If you desire to request approval for return of an item, or if you need to notify Bowlin of a lost or damaged item, please contact us with your request. All notices of damaged merchandise, requests for refund, or replacement must be made within five business days from delivery of merchandise.

Bowlin Travel Centers Inc. Shipping Policy

Bowlin Travel Centers Inc. is committed to providing excellent customer service. As a condition of providing that service we will ship your merchandise within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the order.

Shipping companies used:

  • Bowlin has chosen United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) as their primary shipping companies.
  • UPS is used primarily for all domestic shipping to physical street addresses.
  • USPS is used primarily for shipping to International addresses and for shipping to PO Box addresses.
  • The customer may specifically request either USPS or UPS when placing an order.
  • Items are shipped, using standard delivery methods, within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of order. Changes to an original order may delay shipping.
  • Customers may request upgraded shipping services (such as next day or second day delivery) when placing an order. Additional costs may apply to these selected services.

Vendors and manufacturers from all over the world help to supply over 3,000 different items available at our stores. Native American Indians produce many of those items.
